Return policy.

Please note we do not process your credit card until the day we actually ship.

You won't see a charge land before your parts do. If shipment slips for any reason, the charge slips with it.

Our sales terms are Net 30 days to established open accounts.

If your team needs an open account set up, contact sales. We'll send the short form and route it through credit on our end.

Goods are not to be returned without a RGA # from our company. A 20% handling charge shall be applied on all goods returned with the exception of electrical items. (No returns on electrical items).

Call or email sales first. Once an RGA number is issued, ship the goods back in their original packaging with the RGA clearly marked on the outer label.

No returns are accepted on electrical items. This includes e-stop switches, cable pulls, photo-eyes, and any other electrical components, whether installed or not.

If you're uncertain whether a part is going to fit the application, talk to our experts before the PO. We'd rather spend ten minutes on a phone call than ship a switch you can't use.

Any order cancelled after it has been computer generated and posted will be subject to a minimum cost of 5% of the purchase amount.

Custom or modified-standard work cancelled after production has started may be subject to additional charges reflecting material and shop time already committed.

Inspect shipments on arrival. Visible carton damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery; concealed damage should be reported to sales within five business days.

Approved returns must arrive in original packaging with all hardware and documentation. Parts received with field-installation marks, modified geometry, or missing components may be refused or assessed additional restocking fees.
